Not with Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary, as the place encompasses within its lap some enchanting animals like tigers, elephants, spotted deer, turtles, cobras, black eagles etc. The vegetation family comprises dry deciduous forests, thorny scrub forests and wet grasslands. The topography which includes some rocky areas give rise to some breathtaking landscapes within the sanctuary.

Best Time to Visit
The best time to visit the Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary is from December to April. If you cannot schedule your trip at this time, then you can visit here anytime during the year apart from the months of October and November. It'll be better if you can roam around in Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary in the early part of the day.

Climate
There are some extreme changes in the climate as well as the vegetation of the area because the altitude of the area varies from 500 to 2400 meters within a distance of a few kilometers only.
