About Riviera Suites
It is a three star hotel which gets its name from the area it is situated in - the lush green gardens and serene waters of Vembanad lake. These elements complement the hotel beautifully. It is an all suite hotel and is among the largest in the state of Kerala. The hotel also has six well equipped conference halls that are just right for holding workshops, seminars etc. The hotel is beautifully landscaped over its four acre area along with which you can also have access to the beautiful backwaters of Kerala.
Location
The Riviera Suites is located in close proximity of the famous MG Road on the Thevara waterfront, Cochin. The hotel is just 35 km away from the Cochin International Airport and just 5 km away from the railway station.

You have plenty of options for recreational activities at the Riviera Suites. Go for a splash at the Swimming Pool or if you are concerned about your children, then you also have a separate pool for the children. There is a poolside hall at the Riviera Suites that is well suited for parties. There is a private jetty at the hotel which you can use for a trip to the backwaters. The same jetty is also used for the evening and private parties. The hotel also organizes cultural programmes where you can spend a laid back evening.

Sightseeing
Santa Cruz Basilica
It was built by the Portuguese about 500 years ago. The facade of the building is huge and its spires are soaring skywards.

Fort Kochi
The place is known for its Chinese fishing nets which are huge cantilevered nets brought by the traders from the court of Kublai Khan. These are built of teakwood and bamboo poles.

St Francis Church
This is a protestant church which was first built by the Portuguese and it was here that the remains of Vasco Da Gama was buried. These were taken to Portugal 14 years later.

Ernakulam
It is the modern developed part of the town which also has a commercial centre in the city. You'll also find some museums and popular worshiping places in the city.
