Kainady Heritage, Kottayam

About Kainady Heritage
The Kuttanad region is a part of the Vembanad Lake which is the largest fresh water lake of India and it is also called the rice bowl of Kerala the combination of which makes it among the finest tourism destinations of India. The Kainady Heritage Home was built in the year 1885-1890 whereas the structure clearly displays influences of neo architecture which was very popular in the late 19th century. The village in fact looks more like a collage that consists of lagoons, canals, waterways and coconut groves. The environment of the place is entirely pollution free which makes you enjoy the rustic lifestyle even more.

Location
There are thick mango trees around the structure of Kainady Heritage which overlooks the Manimala river. Kainady is a small village that lies on the periphery of Kottayam and Alappuzha.
