Renaissance Kappad Beach Resort
The resort presents you with world class hospitality where luxury and
comfort of the guests are a rule. It covers an area of about 2.49 acres and
was constructed about 10 years ago to exploit the immense tourism potential
of the region. It is among those few resorts of the state which is situated
in vicinity of the serene and soothing environment of the sea.
Location
The resort is located on the serene Kappad Beach in Kozhikode, Kerala. The
resort is about 44 km away from the Calicut Airport and is 16 km away from
the Calicut Railway Station. The nearest railhead is at Koilandy which is
about 8 km away.

Just sit in the balcony to see the birds flying as you'll manage to see a
variety of these or see the fishermen making a living. Some times you may
even be able to view a distant ship in the deep seas near the horizon.
Sightseeing
Pazhassirajah Museum
It is located at the East Hill and is run by the State Archaeological
Department. The museum has on display an impressive collection of ancient
mural paintings, antique bronzes, old coins etc.
Art Gallery
It is situated in the close vicinity of Pazhassirajah Museum and it has on
display the paintings of the legendary painter Raja Ravi Varma.

it is mainly known for the collections related to the great world leader V.
K. Krishna Menon.

The multi cuisine restaurant at the resort faces the sea where you can have
access to a variety of cuisine including Indian, Chinese and Continental.
Lodging
The resort is located pretty close to the beach and there are 4 separate
cottages with 16 guest rooms all of which are well furnished with all the
modern amenities. The attached balconies with all the rooms give you a good
view of the sandy stretches as well as the vast ocean. All the rooms are
very spacious which makes them so well ventilated that even the rooms feel a
part of the nature.
