Trivandrum, the capital of Kerala, is a

Climate
Because of its nearness to the sea, the climate of Trivandrum is tropical
giving it pleasant weather the year round. The average maximum temperature
can go up to 36.2 degree C in summer months and to a minimum of 18.0 degree
C in the winters and the wet monsoon comes to Trivandrum in the month of May
and remains here until November.
